🚀 PM Group is hiring: Service Desk Engineer

🧩 We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy and proactive Service Desk Engineer who’s eager to take ownership of incident resolution, support office infrastructure, and assist colleagues with daily IT-related tasks.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting and escalating technical issues
• Communicating effectively with other departments
• Monitoring and ensuring SLA compliance
• Providing 1st-line (partially) and 2nd-line (primarily) support

💼 What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of experience as a System Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / Server 2012 R2 (AD, GP, Print services)
• Experience supporting macOS
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, OSI model, routing/switching
• Familiarity with tools like AD, SCCM, Asana, CrowdStrike, Acronis, GSuite, SQL, Slack
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently

💬 Nice to Have:
• English — Intermediate or higher
• Ukrainian or Russian — required
• Basic understanding of ITIL framework
