π PM Group is hiring: Service Desk Engineer
π§© We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy and proactive Service Desk Engineer whoβs eager to take ownership of incident resolution, support office infrastructure, and assist colleagues with daily IT-related tasks.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Troubleshooting and escalating technical issues
β’ Communicating effectively with other departments
β’ Monitoring and ensuring SLA compliance
β’ Providing 1st-line (partially) and 2nd-line (primarily) support
πΌ What Weβre Looking For:
β’ 1+ year of experience as a System Administrator
β’ Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / Server 2012 R2 (AD, GP, Print services)
β’ Experience supporting macOS
β’ Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, OSI model, routing/switching
β’ Familiarity with tools like AD, SCCM, Asana, CrowdStrike, Acronis, GSuite, SQL, Slack
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β’ Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
π¬ Nice to Have:
β’ English β Intermediate or higher
β’ Ukrainian or Russian β required
β’ Basic understanding of ITIL framework
