We’re on the lookout for an experienced professional to lead and scale an NDA gambling project in the Turkish and Azerbaijani markets.

What you’ll do:
— Drive project growth and user acquisition;
— Work with payment providers tailored to local needs;
— Build strategies for customer acquisition & retention;
— Analyze metrics and optimize operations;
— Manage local partners, vendors, and internal teams;
— Stay updated on market trends and regulations.

What we’re looking for:
— 2+ years in the gambling industry;
— Deep understanding of Turkey and/or Azerbaijan markets;
— Strong experience in traffic, retention & fraud prevention;
— Proven track record in scaling gambling products;
— Leadership skills and ability to hit KPIs.
