We are a successful iGaming company with over 8 years of experience, renowned for our major projects in Tier 1 markets and a strong team of professionals. As we continue to launch new projects and expand globally, we are currently looking for a Project Manager Retention.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects (brands) simultaneously and monitor their performance.
- Set up bonus offers, promotions, and lotteries.
- Work with CRM systems: Customer.io, Easyrocket, Truelabel, Softswiss.
- Plan and launch communication chains (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Assign tasks to related departments (design, copywriting, layout, QA) and monitor deadlines.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and hypothesis testing.
- Prepare reports and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain communication with partners and departments to improve the product and implement new activities.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in Retention or project management.
- Confident experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Symplify, etc.).
- Knowledge of One Signal.
- Skills in building complex communication chains.
- Experience with task managers: ClickUp, Jira, Slack.
- English proficiency of at least B1.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

- Experience in iGaming or Gambling projects.
- Understanding of cross-channel marketing principles and retention metrics.
