Responsibilities:
🧩Define and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals
🧩Oversee software development, deployment, and maintenance of all trading platforms, CRM systems, payment integrations, mobile apps and client portals
🧩Lead, mentor, and grow Engineering teams (Frontend, Mobile, Backend development, QA, DevOps)
🧩Ensure system scalability, performance, and uptime, especially in high-frequency trading environments
🧩Work closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing and Compliance
🧩Manage data warehousing, reporting and analytics for the needs of other business units (GA4, GTM, MySQL, BigQuery)

Requirements:
✅5+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the Forex/Fintech/Trading space
✅Deep understanding of MT4/MT5, bridge systems, and liquidity provider integrations
✅Fluent Russian speaker (oral & written)
✅Excellent command of English
✅Experience with CRM platforms, reporting systems, and trading APIs
✅Experience with AWS is a plus
✅Familiarity with VoIP is a plus
