Weβre on the lookout for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our team! If you're passionate about troubleshooting, love helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment β weβd love to meet you.
π§ What youβll be doing:
β Reproducing, analyzing, and evaluating incoming requests to resolve or escalate incidents;
β Collaborating with other departments to solve technical issues;
β Monitoring and ensuring SLA compliance for incident resolution;
β Acting as 1st (partially) and 2nd (mainly) line of technical support within the L3 support model.
π§ What you bring to the table:
β 1+ year of hands-on experience as a System Administrator (Office Infrastructure);
β Solid skills in desktop OS administration and hardware (Windows & macOS);
β Familiarity with Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2 (AD, GP, Print Services);
β Understanding of networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI model, routing & switching basics;
β Experience with tools like Asana, AD, SCCM, CrowdStrike, Confluence, Acronis, Slack, GSuite, SQL;
β Strong customer service orientation and a proactive mindset;
β Ability to manage local IT tasks in the office: setting up workstations, preparing workplaces, etc.;
β Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
π Nice to have:
β Intermediate English or above, Ukrainian or Russian language is a must;
β Familiarity with ITIL practices.
