🌍 Remote / Europe-first 🌱 Psychedelics x Digital Mental Health Venture Builder
We’re building a scalable ecosystem of ventures advancing safe, science-based psychedelic therapy and self-support. Our portfolio includes AI/digital mental health, media and medical infrastructure like telemedicine, clinics and e-com – designed to support mental health treatment as well as self-exploration.
We operate via a company builder and investment fund across Eurasia and the US, focusing on three key business models: infrastructure (clinics, edtech, telemedicine), digital mental health (guides, AI agents, therapy platforms), professional media - with GR initiatives helping us lobby protocols and regulations in all three directions.

We are now looking for a Community Lead, who will build Discord, Reddit and Erowid presence and reach 100k+ monthly through comments and posts, 1k+ new users/ monthly first 3 months with at least 100 members active on a daily basis, contributing to UGC, referring to Reddit.

💼 What you’ll be doing:
- Set, maintain, and cultivate community across social media and community channels - enter existing Reddit, Discord and Erowid communities to build trust and gain Karma for the ambassador of our brand
- Drive user acquisition (+ 1 line support)
- Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, community engagement, and growth strategies
- Partner closely with marketing experiments and product&design teams delivering quality feedback
- Handle Reddit and Erowid hostility towards commercial products, handling sensitiveness to any type of ad and promotion, work without paid ads

🧩 You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 2-3+ years of experience in building and navigating communities on Reddit and Discord, e.g. web3 or gaming communities experience is applicable
- Have understanding of community engineering incl. engaging into conversations, moderating, conflict management
- Own copywriting and analytics expertise
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, capable of establishing relationships with community members
- True passion towards psychedelics as a niche, community and therapeutic/self-support products
- Fluent English
