🚀 IT Development Lead
📍 On-site role in Limassol, Cyprus

🔹 JustMarkets is looking for an experienced IT leader with strong technical expertise and proven team management skills.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the IT/sysadmin team (onboarding, motivation, growth)
- Building and optimizing IT infrastructure
- Automating internal business processes
- Close collaboration with stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Ensuring system performance and stability

✅Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in Linux, Windows, macOS
- Experience with networks, VPN, Nginx, monitoring tools, MDM
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Proven track record in leading projects from scratch

📌 Nice to Have:
Familiarity with GDPR / DORA
