Hello! We are looking for a Product Owner (Networking) due to expansion of our team.

Servers.com is a global provider of bare-metal servers, server hosting solutions, and cloud services tailored to meet the highest professional standards. We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Owner to join our product team and drive the development of our managed services portfolio.

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping key managed services. This is a technical role that requires a strong understanding of networking, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the full product lifecycle, from conception and design to development, production, and support.
- Continuously update, refine, and prioritize the backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the product, making data-driven decisions to iterate and enhance the user experience.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, engineering, and executives, to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring alignment on product goals.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs or Metrics) to measure product success, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, including training internal teams, creating product materials, and gathering feedback post-launch.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally with a technical focus.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs, etc.).
- Experience working with APIs and knowledge of API-first product development.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the hosting or managed services industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in the B2B IT sector is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
- A solid understanding of technology trends and the ability to apply them to create effective product strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
