๐ Position: Sales & Operations Coordinator
๐ Location: Larnaca, Cyprus

Emarketmed ltd is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our sales team by handling key operational tasks, allowing the sales manager to focus on closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the media, crypto, and gaming industries and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing workflows.
โ๐ผ Responsibilities:
Task Management & Coordination โ Input tasks into Trello for internal teams (e.g., integration, media team assignments, and commission-related tasks for management).
Contract Administration โ Prepare and send contracts based on agreed deal terms.
Creative Distribution โ Ensure new clients receive relevant creatives and marketing materials.
Client Onboarding & Monitoring โ Verify that new clients receive their first leads and confirm data visibility on both ends.
Lead Quality Control โ Track client feedback.
Meeting Scheduling & Follow-ups โ Manage calendar appointments, send meeting reminders, and schedule follow-ups with clients.
Requirements:
Experience in media buying, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or online advertising.
Familiarity with crypto, gaming, and fintech industries is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with Trello and Zoho CRM systems and contract management.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
