Marketing Ops Specialist

Our mission is to revolutionize marketing research by leveraging the latest scientific advancements to provide accurate data on how audiences emotionally respond to various stimuli.
🌐Work format: Full-time, remote worldwide or hybrid (optional office access)

🔗Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing operations and keep everything on track;
- Run and automate email & content workflows (HubSpot, Mailchimp);
- Coordinate content calendar and social media scheduling;
- Collaborate with agencies & internal teams to ensure smooth content delivery;
- Support website updates and landing page testing;
- Build reports, track metrics, and streamline marketing processes.

💪What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Asana;
- Ability to interpret marketing metrics and generate clear, accurate custom reports;
- Strong self-management and attention to detail;
- Technical English not lower than level B2;
- Bonus: copywriting skills or experience with tools like ChatGPT or Grammarly;
- Agency experience is a plus!
