- Collaborating with global teams to align local operations with overall business goals.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, team management, affiliate marketing;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to build and lead multi-functional teams;
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide teams;
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment;
- Experience with geo-Uzbekistan 🇺🇿
