Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment that encourages continuous improvement.
* Effectively distribute tasks among team members, balancing the workload to optimize productivity and ensure timely completion of projects.
* Design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions that effectively address complex business requirements and enhance system performance.
* Optimize the performance, and drive best practices in development, testing, and deployment processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Drive the technical planning of new features and enhancements, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and meet the highest standards.
* Ensure seamless back and front-end component integration for a cohesive user experience.
* Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality, ensure adherence to best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
* Participate in performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and support to help team members grow and achieve their professional goals.
* Take a proactive role in feature development and ongoing maintenance of the product using Node.js and Angular.
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features by effectively managing the development process and addressing any issues that arise.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* A proven track record of at least 1 year in a Managerial or Team lead role.
* A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience using TypeScript (Node.js) in a professional setting.
* Experience with Microservices is a must.
* Experience with Frontend Frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher.
* Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
* Experience with ClickHouse and Mongo will be a plus.
* Familiarity with Docker and Git version control systems.
* Knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
* A deep understanding of web technologies, client-server communication, and RESTful API design.
* Experience in building CRM or ERP systems will be a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA
