Position: People Partner / HR Generalist
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Office)
Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced HR Specialist for company which operates in iGaming sphere

Responsibilities:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Developing and optimizing existing HR processes in accordance with business needs
- Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with the team
- Monitoring team dynamics and implementing initiatives to improve the work environment
- Developing and maintaining corporate culture and company values
- Collecting and analyzing HR data to make informed decisions
- Managing the employee database (HRM) and HR reporting

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR People Partner, preferably in IT companies
- Ability to develop and implement key HR processes: onboarding, probation review, one-on-one meetings, performance review, salary review, retention, offboarding
- Experience working with HRM systems and automated HR processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical thinking and business-oriented mindset
- Intermediate+ level of English
