We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (IB Manager) to join our team in Cyprus (no relocation provided)! If you’d like to know the Forex industry inside out, have experience with IB networks, and love building strong partnerships, this one’s for you! 🌍

What you’ll do:

✅ Grow and manage the IB network in CIS countries
✅ Identify, recruit & onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs)
✅ Maintain strong, long-term relationships with IBs and support them in growing their business
✅ Develop and execute strategies to expand IB partnerships
✅ Monitor IB performance, track key metrics & optimize growth
✅ Work with marketing to create CIS-specific campaigns and materials

What we’re looking for:

📌 3+ years of experience as an IB Manager or BDM (preferably in Forex)
📌 Deep understanding of IB commission structures & incentives
📌 Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
📌 Fluent Russian (English is a plus!)
📌 Already based in Cyprus – this is an on-site role!
