We’re growing and looking for an experienced Head of Customer Support to lead our B2C support operations.

🔹 **Responsibilities:
**Build and scale a support team
Be the go-to person for escalated client issues
Lead ZenDesk configuration and reporting
Develop a Help Center and enhance AI chatbot interactions
Collect feedback to improve customer experience
🔹 What we expect from you:
✔️ 4+ years in customer support (preferably fintech/B2C)
✔️ Proven leadership and communication skills
✔️ Experience with ZenDesk and AI chatbot solutions
✔️ Fluent English (C1 is a must)
