As we expand, we are looking for a Head of Merchandise Production to lead our merchandise strategy and bring premium-quality collectibles to life.

▪️ What you do
- Develop and execute TrueLab’s merchandise production strategy.
- Manage partnerships with factories (China, Vietnam, Turkey) and oversee production quality.
- Optimize logistics, costs, and timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and promote unique merchandise.
- Develop sales strategies for online marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, eBay).

▪️ Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in merchandise production or apparel design.
- Fluent English (Russian is a plus).
- Expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.
- Experience with global factories and quality control.
- Strong negotiation and budgeting skills.
- Ability to align merchandise with** brand strategy and sales goals.
