**What you’ll do:
**
🗂️ Keep our office organized and running smoothly
🤝 Support the management team with daily tasks
📑 Assist with HR & internal documentation
💸 Help with accounting basics: invoices, expenses, salary prep
📊 Work with
SAP, Excel, and other tools
📞 Communicate with service providers and partners
📅 Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare reports

**What we’re looking for:
**
✅ Relevant experience (Office Admin / PA / HR Assistant / Bookkeeping)
✅
Basic accounting knowledge (advanced is a big plus!)
✅ Experience with salaries, invoices & expense tracking
✅ Fluent
English (spoken & written)
➕
Greek is a plus
✅ Confident user of Excel, Outlook & ideally
SAP✅ Discreet, organized, reliable, detail-oriented
