💡 What you'll do?
🔹 Build an AI-driven platform that speeds up insurance claims by 3x
🔹 Work on a high-load system processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data
🔹 Develop and optimize a #Node.js backend (if you're experienced in Python, Go, or Java, we’re open to that too)
🔹 Design and maintain APIs and microservices that interact with third-party insurance providers
🔹 Solve real-world scalability challenges, ensuring fast and secure claims processing
🔹 Take part in system design decisions, ensuring our architecture is scalable and efficient
🔹 Work closely with the founders, engineers, and data teams to shape the future of our product

⚡️ Who we’re looking for?
✔️ You don’t just code because you have to—you do it because you love it
✔️ You take ownership of results, not just complete tasks
✔️ You thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment (yes, we work 10+ hours a day)
✔️ You have strong backend experience (Node.js preferred, but Python, Go, or Java are also fine if you’re willing to switch quickly)
✔️ You understand databases and performance optimizations (SQL, NoSQL, caching strategies)
✔️ You have experience with building scalable, fault-tolerant systems
✔️ You understand that startups ≠ stability, but startups = the chance to build something truly great
