🔥Position: MIDDLE LEGAL COUNCEL

Your Responsibilities:
🔹Review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, with a primary focus on marketing partnerships, while closely collaborating with the Business Development department.
🔹Identify potential legal risks and propose solutions that align with the company’s best interests.
🔹Provide legal support and guidance to different departments on day-to-day matters.
🔹Assist the Legal Partner on various tasks and strategic projects.

Your Experience:
✔️Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar legal role, preferably in an international IT company.
✔️Strong knowledge of contract law, understanding of English law.
✔️Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
✔️Fluent in Russian and English (C1 level or higher).
✔️Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔️Flexibility aligned with business needs and risk assessment.
✔️Ability to analyze new regulations, particularly U.S. marketing and data protection laws.

Bonus Points If You Have:
✔️Experience with marketing agreements (Affiliate programs, CPA, CPL, revenue share models, etc.).
✔️Familiarity with U.S. marketing regulations and U.S. and EU data protection regulations (GDPR, CPRA, etc.)

🔹Finding and developing new leads and improving sales
🔹Researching companies and individuals to find new opportunities
🔹Developing quotes and proposals for partners
🔹Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Your Experience:
✔️Experience in sales and business development in the U.S. market
✔️English - close to native
✔️Russian - lose to native
✔️Strong communication skills
✔️Experience in Financial/ Insurance/ IT niche will be a big advantage
✔️Experience is digital marketing will be an advantage
✔️Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
