✨ What you'll do:
✅ Assist customers via live chat, email & phone
✅ Advise on our products & services
✅ Troubleshoot & resolve issues efficiently
✅ Escalate cases to relevant departments when needed
✅ Work in rotating shifts, including weekends (8-hour shifts + 1-hour break)

🌟 What we’re looking for:
🔹 Fluent in English + one more language: 🇺🇦🇷🇺 🇵🇱 🇵🇹 🇮🇹 🇦🇪 🇩🇪 🇮🇳 🇻🇳
🔹 Experience with Zendesk or similar tools (a plus!)
🔹 Strong communication & problem-solving skills
🔹 Prior customer support experience is a plus
🔹 Tech-savvy & familiar with support tools
🔹 Team player with a positive attitude
