🔹 Responsibilities:

- Reproduce, analyze, and assess requests, resolve or escalate issues
- Communicate with other departments to fix technical problems
- Monitor SLA and respond to incidents promptly
- Provide user support (1st and 2nd line)
🔹 Requirements:

- Experience with Windows, MacOS, networking
- English: Intermediate+
- Understanding of ITIL
