Position: Backend Software Engineer (Golang**/Python), Senior
📍Location: Cyprus, extended relocation package 🌎 💼
Full-time | Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)

💻 Stack: Go, Python, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, REST/gRPC APIs, Kafka, microservices.

**▶️ Key Responsibilities:
**- Develop, test, and maintain high load microservices in Go and Python;
- Design and optimize scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems;
- Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making;
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers;
- Build integrations with other teams’ services.

▶️ Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Golang
- Solid knowledge of Python (commercial experience)
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and query optimization (EXPLAIN, ANALYZE)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- **Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level)
