We are building a decentralized AI-powered Q&A platform on blockchain, rewarding users with cryptocurrency. Our goal is to become a leading knowledge resource, prioritizing user data ownership and monetization.

What You Know
Cryptography & Blockchain – Strong understanding of encryption, hashing, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and blockchain data structures.
Smart Contracts – Hands-on experience with Solidity development and deployment.
Scalability Solutions – Knowledge of Layer 2 (L2), Rollups, WebAssembly, and blockchain scaling techniques.
Development Tools – Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, [ethers|web3].js, Docker, and GraphQL.
Web3 Best Practices – Experience building decentralized applications with relevant toolsets.
Nice to Have – Familiarity with Kubernetes, Nomad, Tor/Onion routing, and Arweave is a plus.

Your Role
Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient decentralized solutions.
Develop event-driven architecture, virtualization, and cloud-based services.
Collaborate with the CTO and Product Owner to refine backlog and break down tasks.
Write high-quality, well-tested code while actively improving development processes.
Contribute to technical decision-making, reviewing code, and addressing technical debt.
Ensure a smooth deployment process and timely defect resolution.
