An experienced Head of Accounting wanted to lead and optimize the financial processes of the international IT & Fintech holding. If you are a structured, detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in accounting, taxation, and reporting for holding structures and Cypriot legal entities, this is your opportunity!

📌What You’ll Do:
➖Oversee accounting, tax, and financial reporting (IFRS/local standards).
➖Consolidate financial data across 30 legal entities within the group.
➖Act as an internal expert for accountants, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
➖Build and improve financial processes and controls within the organization.
➖Balance hands-on accounting tasks and strategic leadership—mentoring the team while being ready to step in when needed.
➖Work closely with the CEO and management to provide accurate, timely, and transparent financial insights.
➖Develop and mentor the accounting team of 5, setting clear boundaries and priorities.

What You Need:
✅ 5+ years of experience in IT/Fintech/Holding structures.
✅ Expertise in Cypriot accounting & tax regulations (staying updated with changes is a must).
✅ Strong knowledge of all areas of accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
✅ Experience managing and scaling an accounting team.
✅ Ability to balance perfectionism and pragmatism—assessing risks and prioritizing effectively.
✅ Fluent Russian, English (B2+).
