Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in HR, Wellbeing, Office Management, or a related role. ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ Good level of English and Greek; Russian or other languages will be a plus. ✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized. ✅ Ability to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. ✅ Experience in event organization, employee engagement programs, or wellness initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
🎯 Support employees by addressing workplace concerns and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
🎯 Organize internal corporate events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives. 🎯 Manage office facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive workspace. 🎯 Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supplies, maintenance, and travel arrangements. 🎯 Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth adaptation process. 🎯 Provide basic HR support related to employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
