We are currently looking for COO for our team for Cyprus Office.
What is to be done:
Development and implementation of the company's strategy, including identifying areas of activity, analyzing the market and competitors
Analysis of the company's performance results and development of measures to improve performance
Ensuring effective management of operational processes and company resources
Development and support of sales strategy
Ensuring effective management of operational divisions and company resources
Representation of the company’s interests in the external environment, interaction with government agencies, shareholders and partners
Participation in the development of new products and services of the company.
Our expectations from the candidate:
5+ years of experience in gambling or payments in management positions preferably in sales area
Sales background would be as a plus
Strategic planning and analytical thinking
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task regime
Excellent communication and organizational skills
English Upper-Intermediate (an additional foreign language will be an advantage)
