📌Requirements
- Experience in the role of a business analyst for at least 2 years;
- Experience in writing business requirements, analyzing and describing business processes, creating technical specifications and project documentation;
- Examples of real achievements in process optimization/automation;
- Knowledge of BPMN notation, the ability to identify elements in Figma;
- Understanding of key business analysis specifications;
- Understanding and proficiency in describing Use Cases, User Stories, Gherkin and others;

📌Responsibilities:
- Formulating technical task within the product team;
- Understanding key business analysis specifications;
- Selecting and calculating product metrics and business metrics when implementing projects/product features;
- Identifying the reasons for significant deviations in key metrics, as well as growth points and product development directions;
- Evaluating the potential profit from projects or product features;
- Maintaining documentation of the analytics system in the company's knowledge base within the scope of your product;
- Setting up A/B testing tasks – participating in the development of test conditions and interpreting results;
- Making recommendations for product improvement and finding optimal solutions to enhance user-product interaction;
- Conducting ad-hoc analytics to support product decision-making;
- Collaborating with all product teams to optimize product flows, control product data quality and integrity.
