VentorTech is looking for a Middle Odoo developer (Product Team & Support)

Needed:
2+ years of experience with Python.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento 2, WooCommerce, PrestaShop) and their Odoo integrations.
Experience with Odoo module development, including customizations and performance optimization.
Understanding of Odoo’s architecture and best development practices.
Intermediate+ (B1+) level of English and fluency in Russian.

Optional (but advantageous):
Previous experience in technical support or a customer-facing role.

VentorTech is looking for a Senior Sales Manager.

Needed:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience selling or implementing Odoo solutions, with demonstrable success in IT/ERP sales.
Track record of navigating long sales cycles and closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
Capable of conducting negotiations, presentations, and discussions in English. Additional languages (Polish, Spanish) are a plus.
Practical experience with consultative frameworks (SPIN, BANT, Challenger Sale) for complex solution-selling.
Familiarity with core ERP domains (CRM, Inventory, Accounting, eCommerce, Manufacturing) and how Odoo addresses client pain points.
Able to plan effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
