🎯 What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance player engagement & LTV
✅ Improve conversion rates and reduce churn risks
✅ Analyze player behavior, segment audiences & create personalized offers
✅ Manage the retention team & oversee campaign execution
✅ Launch bonus programs, promotions & VIP initiatives
✅ Work with CRM systems to automate marketing campaigns
✅ Collaborate with marketing, support & product teams
✅ Drive innovation & introduce new tools and strategies

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✨ 2+ years of experience in online casinos (Retention/CRM)
✨ Strong knowledge of retention marketing & CRM strategies
✨ Experience with EU, CA, and LatAm markets
✨ Hands-on with email, push, SMS, chatbots & more
✨ Leadership & cross-functional collaboration skills
✨ English B2+
