Role: Partnership & Business Development Manager

📍 Location: Paphos, Cyprus (full-time, office-based)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-value partners in the digital marketing space.
🔹 Optimize business processes related to partnership management and performance tracking.
🔹 Oversee media buying initiatives, ensuring efficient ROI-driven execution.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with broader business and revenue goals.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or digital marketing.
✅ Strong understanding of digital traffic acquisition models & affiliate ecosystems.
✅ Ability to analyze partnership performance data and optimize processes.
✅ Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
✅ Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
