Vacancy: Legal Counsel
Form of work: Full-time
Format: Remote
Must have:
- Is a qualified lawyer (of mid- to senior-level) with over 5 years of dynamic legal experience in a reputable law firm or as an in-house lawyer; experience in IT, digital, or media sectors is advantageous.
- Experience in doing business in the United States is a must (Delaware and other states). Is ready to work according to US (supposedly CA) work hours (constantly or at least be available for frequent urgent tasks).
- Has experience in corporate, economic, contractual, labor law, and support of cross-border economic activities; experience in tax and IP matters is advantageous.
- Possesses strong knowledge of commercial, contract, corporate, labor, and international private law.
- Is fluent in English (business and legal vocabulary both written and oral).
- Has excellent business correspondence and negotiation skills.
- Understands the needs of business and is willing to advance it.
- Is responsible, independent, proactive, result- and growth-oriented, and has a keen eye for detail.
