Performance Marketing Team Lead
Admirals is seeking a PPC Team Lead for Google and Meta.
We are a multi-licensed FinTech company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, with an international team of over 350 employees across 18 countries.
Candidate requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. * 7+ years of experience in PPC management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the brokerage or similarly highly regulated industry.
* Proven track record of managing high-budget PPC campaigns with successful outcomes.
* Strong understanding of financial brokerage products, customer behaviour, and industry regulations.
* Expertise in using PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising tools.
* Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or other industry-specific software.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential. The role requires effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders. C1+ level is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PPC Strategy Development:
- Develop, execute, and optimise PPC strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion growth.
- Create region-specific PPC strategies to tailor campaigns according to local market needs, cultural nuances, and regional regulations.
- Identify and analyse trends and insights to optimise spending and performance based on data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with senior management to align PPC goals with broader marketing and company objectives.
2. Campaign Management:
- Oversee day-to-day management of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximise performance, focusing on key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PPC specialists, fostering a data-driven and innovative environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure team goals and KPIs are met.
4. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the PPC budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI, tracking expenses and forecasting costs.
- Work with senior management to set annual and monthly budget plans.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations, particularly those specific to financial services.
- Stay updated on industry changes and regulatory updates to mitigate potential risks.
6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse campaign performance and generate regular reports detailing results, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Use advanced analytics tools such as Power BI to measure the effectiveness of PPC efforts and recommend strategic adjustments.
7. Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with SEO, content, social media, and product teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.
- Liaise with regional marketing agencies to enhance campaign performance and adapt strategies to local market conditions.
