📌 Position: Senior User Acquisition Specialist
📍 Location: Remote/Limassol, Cyprus**
**
🔹 Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive registrations and deposits and increase ROMI
- Create, manage, analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns to improve performances
- Analyse creatives' performance and suggest new ideas on a permanent basis
- Identify and explore new channels for user acquisition tests
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance, suggest new ideas for performance improvement
- Generate ideas to boost the performance, test new GEOs and new sources, optimise the budget, and set up A/B tests
- Stay updated on the latest paid media trends
**🔹 Requirements
**Hard Skills
- 3+ years of advanced experience with Meta ads
- Experience with user acquisition tools and platforms, such as Google UAC/ACe, Twitter, TikTok, Unity, AdColony, AdNetworks, Appsflyer (or other MMPs), Firebase (optional), and Google Looker Studio (optional)
- In-depth knowledge of mobile app user acquisition channels, strategies, and best practices
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms and their unique user acquisition challenges
- Experience with web user acquisition channels
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Languages: Fluent in English, Russian will be considered as advantage**
