Accountant

Responsibilities:
Payments with international and Cyprus banks
Knowledge of accounting standards and ability to keep accounting records in accounting software
Actual to budget analysis and preparation of explanations, forecasting
Understanding of accounting software (e.g. E-soft, 1C, etc.)
Understanding of financial modeling
Preparation of financial statements and breakdowns to financials
Preparation of tax returns (VAT and income taxes)

Key requirements to specialist:
Higher education in finance
English, Russian languages, Greek is a plus
Remuneration – is subjective for certain specialist
Experience in finance 2+ years

Responsibilities:
-Work with incoming leads—no cold calls.
-Show properties in Paphos and nearby areas.
-Communicate with real estate agencies and direct buyers.
-Help clients choose the right property and close the deal.
-Negotiate terms and ensure a smooth buying process.

Requirements:
-Fluent English and Russian
-Sales experience (real estate or other luxury/high-end products preferred).
-Good communication and negotiation skills.
-A proactive, client-focused attitude.
-A valid driver’s license (company car provided for work)
