Needed:
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst or an ERP Consultant.
Solid understanding of business processes (Logistics, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Purchasing, and Invoicing).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Level of spoken and written English B2+.

Optional (but advantageous):
Experience with Odoo.
Familiarity with UML and BPMN methodologies.

VentorTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a talent for meticulous organization, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to deliver project outcomes.

Needed:
Minimum 4 years of project management and related experience (Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle).
Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, AHA, Trello), methodologies, and best practices, including Gantt charts.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team of 7-10 people.
Demonstrated ability to complete projects in accordance with outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of creatively solving problems.
Language Proficiency: English - min B2 level.

Optional (but advantageous):
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Expertise in preparing technical documentation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders, developers, and end-users.
Level of spoken and written English B2+ and fluent in Russian.

Optional (but advantageous):
Understanding of business domains (warehouse and logistics, sales and customer management, and accounting and finance).
Experience in implementing or optimizing automation systems.
Knowledge of API usage and system integration principles.
