The project holds multiple international awards and nominations, including GESA (Global Edtech Startup Awards) in London, EnlightEd in Madrid, Voice Summit Awards in New York, among others. In addition, the application is the #1 app for kids on the AppStore and GooglePlay.

Requirements:
🔵 Comprehensive data analysis experience
🟡 Transforms complex data into compelling narratives that drive action
🔵 SQL Ninja, ETL scripting, DWH data pipelines. Organizes daily dashboards for the team
🟡 Sees the big picture and connects data dots to achieve high-level business goals
🔵 Personally offers ideas based on data to impact the business or inspire product and marketing teams. Independently analyzes data to generate insights for the
🟡 Product and Marketing Team
🔵 Takes initiative, proposes solutions, and acts without waiting for detailed instructions
🟡 Strives for excellence, aiming to work with A-players and learn from the best
🔵 Able to set up an Analytics team from scratch
🟡 Survives in a startup environment
🔵 Proficiency in English. Russian is a plus.
