We are looking for dedicated and skilled Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our fully remote team of professionals.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate accounting records in ESOFT, adhering to IFRS standards
Assist in preparing Management Accounts, Profit & Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Perform treasury operations, including bank and customer reconciliations.
Manage invoicing, receipts, and related records.
Maintain and update financial registers and organizational forms.
Oversee the organization and secure filing of financial documents.
Calculate and manage payroll taxes, including salary contributions and deductions.
Prepare and submit VAT, VIES Returns, and Personal Income Tax Returns (IR1).
Handle filings such as IR603, IR614, and IR7, and support the verification of IR4 returns.
Provide expertise on Cyprus tax compliance and administrative tasks.
Coordinate effectively with auditors during both internal and external audits.
📌 Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards.
ACCA or ACA qualification is considered an asset.
Proficiency in English and Russian.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Exceptional attention to detail, a results-driven mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach; a collaborative team player.
Comprehensive understanding of Cyprus payroll tax calculations.
