- 60-70% HO vs 30% Leadership.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 (𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹)
- Maintain and handle all database-related matters!
- Ensure good monitoring and implementation.
- Focus on online transaction processing.
- Add new technologies to the toolkit.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 (𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲)
- Lead 2 Senior SQL Server DBAs in Israel and Poland.
- Be ready to make decisions for the team!
- Share your knowledge with the team!
- Report to the Head of Tech.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Strong familiarity with SQL Server databases.
- Experience with real production databases.
- Confident level of autonomy.
- Must know AlwaysOn.
