Job Title: Communications and Social Media Manager
Type: Full-Time, remote
Salary: from 3000 EUR + (negotiable)
Role overview:
Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive communication strategies for our educational platform focused on trading, investing, and personal finance. This role will manage content creation, social media channels, email marketing, partnerships, and public relations to drive engagement, user acquisition, and brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a phased communications strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and create engaging content across social media platforms (Discord, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
- Lead email marketing initiatives, including newsletters, onboarding campaigns, and engagement strategies.
- Optimize blog content for SEO and promote it across channels.
- Collaborate with influencers and finance thought leaders to boost brand visibility.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously gather and incorporate user feedback into content and platform improvements.
Mandatory:
- Proficiency in English for communication.
Preferable:
- Experience with products related to online education, such as language schools or specialized educational platforms, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in communications, marketing, or social media management, preferably in education and fintech.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, including storytelling for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of personal finance, trading, and investing topics is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and lead influencer and partnership initiatives.
