📌 Your responsibilities:
• Booking of trades in the back office system
• Reconciliation of reports from banks, custodians, brokers and closing the operational day
• Processing trade settlements with clients and counterparties and clients’ securities transfer instructions
• Interacting with banks, brokers, and custodians
* Processing of corporate actions
• Preparing and timely submitting regulatory reports (TREM, EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, statistics, and other)
• Ensuring data quality and resolving reporting errors
• Collaborating with compliance and IT to automate processes
• Participating in audits and launching new products


👀 Who we’re looking for:
• Experience: At least 2 years in operations, settlements, corporate actions, or regulatory reporting.
• Education: Degree in economics, finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge:
• Understanding of financial markets and regulatory standards (MiFID, EMIR, SFTR).
• Strong data management skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Skills:
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Russian is essential.
