Resolv Labs an aspiring team building novel DeFi instruments. The founders are tech universities alumni with extended cross-product experience in TradFi (global markets structuring & financial engineering) and Tech (Revolut & Yandex) under their belt.

In less than a month, we’ve increased our TVL from $50 million to over $300 million, becoming one of the fastest growing projects in the space — and we’re just getting started ✌️

🥷Who we are looking for:

A trader with experience in managing digital assets. In this role, you will contribute to the trading team. Main responsibilities are:

- Manage delta-neutral crypto collateral pool of the stablecoin across a number of trading venues;
- Manage trading operations at Resolv Labs proprietary portfolio. An example is price stabilization of Resolv tokens, USR and RLP;
- Write code/algorithms to streamline trading ops and execution.
- Develop relationship with key infrastructure partners: exchanges, custodians, market makers, trading firms;
- Work closely with chads in Product, Engineering, and Data across topics in product development, performance simulations, risk management;
- Propose and deploy trade ideas as a basis for new products.
- Willing to take on 1 day of weekend shift every 2 weeks.

🦸‍♂️ If you have the superpowers below - speak with us:

- Prior professional experience in crypto trading firms, hedge funds or market makers with a focus on exchange-based trade flow. Bonus points for: perpetuals and options mastery, delta-neutral strategies experience and ability to deploy basic algorithms;
- Growth mindset - we want to test broad product / outreach hypotheses and be flexible in implementing ideas that work best. Experience working in zero-to-one environments is a plus;
- Good understanding of financial greeks like delta.
- Proficient in Python Programming
- Enthusiastic about Web3 and DeFi, like us.
- Quantitative Bachelors/Masters degree.
