What you'll do:
✔️ Build IT infrastructure and processes from scratch
✔️ Conduct IT audits and improve existing systems
✔️ Establish access management and develop policies
✔️ Strategically grow the company’s IT operations

What we need:
✅ Proven leadership experience in IT management
✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft, Linux/Unix, and cloud services
✅ Knowledge of security policies and IT infrastructure
✅ Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
✅ English level: Intermediate or higher
