Position: Middle+ Engineer, remote
Company: MAD DEVS
Salary: 3000-4000$ gross

We're looking for a Middle Back-end Developer to join our team and help build a groundbreaking B2B product. This is your chance to apply your skills to a project with real-world impact.

What you will need to do:
- Develop the product using Python, FastAPI, and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Organize CI/CD processes for seamless automated deployments
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Compare multiple approaches to solving a business problem
- Participate in communications with customers to identify business problems and opportunities to solve them.

Our expectations:
- Proficiency in Python programming (4+ years)
- Language Proficiency: English at a B2-C1 level, Russian at a B2 level
- Experience designing and developing APIs (FastAPI preferred)
- Firm knowledge of architecture design patterns
- Proficiency in databases like Postgres and SQL
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Docker Compose)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Tech stack:
Python, FastAPI, SQL, PostgreSQL, Spark (basic understanding), Git, BitBucket, CI/CD, conflict resolution, Docker
