PM Group is looking for a Tax Structuring Manager!

Our team is growing, and we’re currently on the lookout for a Tax Structuring Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to be part of impactful projects and contribute to strategic decision-making within our organization.

Here’s what the role involves:
✨ Managing tax and legal projects
✨Structuring of transactions with a glance to economic substance and tax impact (with financial impact modelling)
✨Structuring and reviewing operational set-ups, financing and profit repatriation models
✨Reviewing transactions and contracts from tax perspective and mitigating tax risks, preparing and managing defense files
✨Researching various tax topics to prepare position papers which will serve as a basis for decision making
✨Identification of transfer pricing risks, coordinating and reviewing work of external advisors
✨Managing tax audits and correspondence with tax authorities
✨Preparing tax policies to be followed by the company’s departments
✨Monitoring developments of tax legislation and assessing potential impact
✨Dealing with ad-hoc tax requests

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of relevant work experience experience in corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT and personal income tax, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering results.
