• Partner with business leaders to craft effective hiring strategies.
• Support key HR initiatives like onboarding, L&D, internal communications, and performance management.
• Innovate and optimise recruitment and HR processes to meet business goals.
• Foster a supportive and passionate team culture, celebrating successes and driving collective growth.

🌟What You’ll Bring:
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in FinTech or tech sectors, with creative sourcing skills.
• Familiarity with European labour laws and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to adapt, propose solutions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Optimistic, passionate, and driven.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
