What you will be responsible for:
▪️Market analysis and competitors overview;
▪️Identifying target bloggers within supervised geographical areas, both directly and through agencies;
▪️Negotiating collaborations with bloggers and agencies;
▪️Planning and developing advertising campaigns with influencers;
▪️Reviewing and editing published content: independently and collaboratively with the creative team;
▪️Publication management: creating and overseeing task lists, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and meeting deadlines;
▪️Analysing results of advertising campaigns;
▪️Monitoring document flow and partner payments;
▪️Coordination of managers' work and development strategies in different markets;
▪️Process optimization;
▪️Launching and monitoring ROI-oriented campaigns;
▪️Analyzing results and achieving KPIs;
▪️Increasing the efficiency of areas.

What we expect from you:
▪️3+ years of experience as an influencer marketing manager or creative producer;
▪️Project management skills;
▪️Agency management and direction development skills;
▪️Proficient oral and written communication skills in English (C1+) and Russian (C 1+).
