Job Title: Analytics Lead

Responsibilities
🧩 Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering growth and delivering high-quality analytical solutions.
🧩 Design and implement dashboards, predictive models, and self-service analytics tools to monitor key metrics and trends.
🧩 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and strategies.
🧩 Develop standardized reporting practices and present findings to executive leadership.
🧩 Partner with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data architecture and optimize ETL processes.

Requirements
☑️ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
☑️ 4 years of experience in analytics, including 2 years in a leadership role.
☑️ Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools, and cloud-based platforms.
☑️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
