Key Responsibilities:
Player Support: Respond to player inquiries related to accounts, bonuses, payments, and game rules.
Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues, escalating when needed.
Account Verification: Conduct KYC checks to verify player information as per regulatory standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support (iGaming experience preferred).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new software; familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
