Vacancy: Retention Manager (iGaming)

👉Key Responsibilities:👈
- Develop and execute retention strategies to boost player engagement and reduce churn.✅
- Manage CRM campaigns (email, SMS, to push notifications, in-game messaging).✅
- Use data to create personalized offers and rewards for players.✅
- Collaborate across teams (marketing, product, customer support) for seamless player experience.✅
- Track and optimize KPIs like retention rate, churn, and lifetime value (LTV).✅

👉Requirements:👈
The most important gonna be:
- Knowledge of Turkish language🇹🇷
- Experience in retention, CRM, or marketing roles within iGaming.
