✨Position: Retention Manager (iGaming)

📍Location: Limassol, Cyprus

✅ Working format: office, hybrid, remote

Key Responsibilities:
☑️ • Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance player engagement and minimize churn.
☑️• Utilize data to create tailored offers and rewards for players.
☑️• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as retention rate.

**Requirements:
🔻**The most important gonna be:
•Knowledge of Turkish language🇹🇷
• Experience in retention, CRM, or marketing within the iGaming sector. 🎰
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills. 🫂
